Andrés A. Pineda
Lead Graphic Designer
Andrés hails from Bogotá, Colombia, and brings over a decade of experience in design, communications, and creative branding strategies. In his free time he enjoys restoring guitars and performing at local venues.
Andrés holds a master's degree in design management and a bachelor's degree in advertising from la Universidad de Bogotá Jorge Tadeo Lozano, and spent one year studying photography in Bonn, Germany. He is a native Spanish speaker and fluent in English.
Hailing from Colombia, Angelita has over 18 years in engineering and grant management, specializing in water and community health. She has extensive experience in the public and non-profit sectors, having represented the Millennium Water Alliance, worked at CARE, and performed consulting projects for UNICEF and the Governor of Huila, Colombia. Angelita received a Master’s in International Public Health from Emory University, and was named “Businesswoman of the Year” by Huila’s State chamber of Commerce.
Designer and Coder
In 2007 Dick received his Graphic Designer BA cum laude from the National University in Colombia, he also has a professional postgraduate diploma in Multimedia Design from the same university. He has been working as a design consultant for Kosovo-Addis since 2011 and he's currently living in Japan where he is getting his masters and PhD degree on Information and Communication Studies, at the Kobe University.
Erich Fasnacht brings nearly two decades of online marketing and fundraising experience to Kosovo-Addis. With experience working for CARE-USA, the Millennium Water Alliance, and Coca-Cola, as well as extensive in-country work experience across Latin America, Africa, and the Balkans, Erich is passionate about the work of international non-profit organizations. Identified as one the “Most Influential and Effective Fundraisers” by the Non-Profit Times, Erich holds an MBA from Emory University and received his bachelor’s degree from Drexel.
Our Lead Developer has 10 years of experience developing websites. He is fluent in English and Spanish and has worked in countless freelance projects over the years with clients all over the world. He's been with Kosovo Addis for almost 2 years enhancing his technical skills in Programming, Database management, CMS Management, Server, Web and Email setup and configuration. He is currently residing in the United States after living in Colombia, Canada and China.
On his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and son and also playing the guitar and Bass. He also has, as he describes it, a "nerdy" side being into anything tech related.
James is a storyteller and brand strategist. His focus is on empowering people and brands to share their stories with their audiences to drive engagement and growth. He has nearly two decades of content creation, brand management, innovation and business development experience and has led marketing efforts for large global brands and early stage start-ups alike. James studied economics and literature at Princeton University and creative writing at Columbia University. James spends as much time as possible with his wife and three sons in Richmond, Virginia, and he is passionate about writing, sports and giving back to his community.
Google AdWords/Analytics Consultant
After graduating from Catholic University of America with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Joel worked as a Manager at Accenture for seven years. Moving to New Hampshire in 2001, Joel was the IT Manager at Elliot Hospital leading their first implementation of electronic medical records. He has been with Kosovo-Addis since early 2012. Joel enjoys spending his free time outside with his wife and son and is active in the New Hampshire music scene playing guitar and bass in several groups.

Project Manager / Writer
Matt entered the freelance sector as a writer and SEO consultant while studying for a BA in Philosophy at the University of South Carolina. Upon graduating, he joined Kosovo Addis, and is excited to contribute to and partner with nonprofits across the globe. He enjoys reading and writing all types of literature, speaks Greek fluently and has memorized far too many lines from The Office and Harry Potter.
Morgan Fraser is a search engine optimization specialist with more than 5 years experience helping clients better target their audiences using rich, unique content and optimized website structures, according to the most up-to-date SEO best practices. Morgan has B.A.s in Spanish and Journalism from Washington State University, where she was part of their honors program and graduated magna cum laude in both degrees.
Ryan Rodrick Beiler
Ryan Rodrick Beiler is a writer with experience in photojournalism, web design and online advocacy. Born and raised in Pennsylvania, he received a communications degree from Ithaca College and served as Web Editor for Sojourners Magazine in Washington, DC, for more than 10 years. He lived and worked in Jerusalem and the West Bank for four years and now resides in Oslo, Norway, with is wife Ingrid and son Lukas. He enjoys cycling, skiing and cooking without recipes.
Working since 2011 for Kosovo-Addis, Graphic Designer Sebastian Molina is passionate about visual identity and editorial designing, and has creative skills that generate optimal solutions to visual communication issues. He has vast experience on merchandising, printing artwork and freelance designing. Sebastian graduated from Jorge Tadeo Lozano University in Bogota, Colombia.
